Summary: We stayed in the Heavenly tower which has not be renovated. We held our breath every time we were in the elevator afraid that it wasn’t going to get us up or down due to the shaking and squeaking. The bathroom was terrible. It was hard to get the shower water on and off. The casino was stale feeling and pretty smoky. Checking in was easy and parking was great. Bean and bread had excellent to go breakfast and all the employees were kind.

Summary: When checking in to. The golden nugget there was a $75 a night deposit, I thought deposit was $50 a night sp the extra fees were quite a bit hight than expected. The day we got to the hotel the pool was closed and closed early the next day as well. The hotel was under construction so there was constant noise even though we were on the 15th floor. The fan in the room was extremely loud when it was on which it was on most of the time because we could not change the temp of the room. When showering the water temp was not consistent, the water would turn cold then extremely hot so when showering a child this was difficult. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows where flat and hard when laid on them.

Summary: The room was extremely warm. We could not get the ac to work. Then, every time we wanted to use the pool - it was closed.

Summary: The check in process was fast but the lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude! To my friend and I when we inquired about fitness hours, pool hours, and wifi info!! She didn’t even offer wifi information. The lady that worked night shift was really nice though when I she’d for an extra bar of soap because she had customer service both the gals on day shift lacked on Sunday-Tuesday day shift in July!!! The trash in halls were overflowing. We tried calling front desk and phone rang and rang on automated messaging. Bed was comfy!! Doorman was nice. That was it. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Ice machines only on 2 floors(not ours). The oyster bar downstairs in casino was great!! They had better customer service than those day shift receptionist hotel check in personnel.
